FIFO workers offered up to $2500 a week, $800 per extra shift

A major mining company is on the hunt for jobseekers who are interested in a lucrative remote job.

One of Brunel Mining’s clients is prepared to pay fly-in fly-out (FIFO) employees up to $2500 a week and as much as $800 for each overtime shift worked.

The following temporary vacancies have been advertised, and permanent work is “honestly” promised after three months on the job:

  • multi-skilled truck, grader and dozer operators (multiple positions)
  • rigid haul truck – electric operators (multiple)
  • shot firers (multiple)
  • diggers (multiple)
  • drillers (multiple).

Click here to apply. Successful applicants will be offered a FIFO roster of 12.5 hour days or nights with either six on four off, four on four off, or four on six off.

Flights between the Gold Coast and Narrabri, camp accommodation, meals and a salary of up to $136,000 a year plus super and overtime will be provided.

“We are working with a major coal mine operator in NSW who has a number of mines in the Gunnedah Basin,” the recruitment agency said on the Seek website.

“Fly, do not drive to work and get more time off.”
