Coal mines urgently need Queensland jobseekers

Three mining operations are searching for job applicants who can start work immediately in Central Queensland’s Isaac region.

Multi-skilled production operators with experience in trucks, dozers and graders are urgently required at the following locations:

  • BHP Mitsubishi Alliance’s Goonyella Riverside Coal Mine, 203km southwest of Mackay
  • Bravus Mining and Resources’ Carmichael Coal Mine, 160km northwest of Clermont
  • Bowen Coking Coal’s Broadmeadows East Coal Mine, 200km southwest of Mackay.

Carmichael mine is offering fly-in fly-out rosters of seven on, seven off via Townsville and Rockhampton. Broadmeadows East and Goonyella Riverside mines also offer seven on, seven off rosters with a choice of either bus-in bus-out from Mackay or drive-in drive-out for all other locations.
