AWX are seeking experienced trade qualified Mechanical Fitters for an immediate start in the Goldfields in Western Australia.

These long term roles are FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 Roster.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, this role requires Mechanical Fitters with expertise on pumps, crushers, conveyors, and gold process plant equipment.

Successful applicants must have the following to be considered for the role;

• Australian Recognised Trade Qualification
• Working at Heights
• Confined Space
• Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for routine maintenance and breakdowns
• Current Police Clearance
• Able to Pass a Full Site Pre-Employment Medical and on-going random drug tests

This position will initially commence on a contract basis with the potential to move into a permanent role for the right candidate.
