Empire Resources Ltd (ASX code: ERL) on behalf of the Penny’s Find Joint Venture has commenced its second toll treatment campaign at the Lakewood Mill located on the southern outskirts of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, WA. This second campaign at Lakewood will process 30,000 tonnes of ore. In addition Golden Mile Milling, operators of the Lakewood Mill, have given an undertaking to provide further time allocations for the treatment of Penny’s Find ore. Concurrently, ore from Penny’s Find is continuing to be treated through the Burbanks Mill at Coolgardie. The Penny’s Find open pit has now reached 50m depth and is accessing the higher grade parts of the orebody. A mining and processing summary for November will be issued to the market in early December. |
