Death at WA workers camp thought to be suicide

A worker is believed to have taken his own life at the South Hedland workers’ camp in Western Australia in the early hours of last Saturday morning.

The West Australian reports that the 37 year old man was discovered in his room by cleaners.

Police told The West Australian that they believe the man took his own life.
